To follow is a list of fees that will become payable when you apply to rent a property through our Company. You need to be aware of these fees prior to making any decision about renting a property.

Tenant Deposit

A deposit equivalent to one & a half month’s rent will be required to be paid per property before the tenancy start date. This is subject to referencing and a Landlord may require a higher deposit if the referencing criteria is not met, further details will be provided at that time. A higher deposit will be required if pets are allowed in the property.

Referencing £144 This is charged for each tenant applying for the tenancy.
Guarantor Referencing £96 (per property) Applicable only if a guarantor is required.
Tenancy Agreement (AST) £132 (per property) One-off charge for the Tenancy Agreement preparation.
