If I see a property I like on the website what is my next step?
Simply call our office on 01763 272605 or 01920 468469. We will be happy to discuss the property with you and book in a viewing at a time convenient for you.
What should I do if I have seen a property and want to rent it?
Contact us to arrange a viewing, our expert lettings team will guide you through the process
Are any bills included?
Bills are not normally included in the rental price.
How much will my council tax be?
This will vary from property to property, do ask us and we may be able to help you. Otherwise visit the Hertfordshire County Council website for more information.
What if I have a problem with the property once I have moved in?
We have access to trusted contractors who will arrange to visit to attend to reported maintenance issues speedily and efficiently.
